New Rider Information
Hugs for Horses, which operates year-round, accepts new rider participants when space and funding allow.   Usually new riders are  referred to the Hugs program by their physician or  therapist, but we also accept applications from parents and guardians of children and adults with disabilities.   Our rider application and waivers can be downloaded below.  Please fill out and return to:

This application is in Microsoft Word format.  You may print and fill out the form by hand or fill it out directly on your computer following these directions:
  1. Open form in Microsoft Word
  2. Type in the grayed in areas.  The fields will grow  as you type.   Tab between fields.
  3.  Save filled-in form to your computer.
  4.  Print and sign form.
